VIP Dive Service
Expect great service! Hot and cold towels on the dive boats - freshly brewed coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks between dives - small groups with a maximum of 4 divers per dive guide - a professional dive team lead by a course director / technical instructor trainer with over 30 years experience - dive boats that have been designed and built by underwater photographers with practicality and comfort in mind.
Salaya's Dumaguete Dive Boats
'Laya' is a 24 meter traditional bangka boat with loads of space and all the extras you need for comfortable cruising and a great dive day. There's a charging station for cameras and video gear, big fresh-water rinse tanks, loads of shade, a galley, and not to forget a comfort room. Laya is also perfect for the sunset cocktail cruise that you'll enjoy during your stay!
'Gurita' (which translates to Octopus) is our 26' speedboat with a 115 hp outboard engine. Gurita was built in 2021, specifically for divers and snorkelers, and is perfect for smaller groups to reach coastal sites in minutes. There's 2 tank holders per diver, and also a camera table to keep your photography gear safe during transit.

We've included 2 trips to Apo Island in your package.
Apo island is a world-famous marine reserve, known for its spectacular corals, crystal clear water and an abundance of marine life. Your trips to Apo will be on board our luxury dive boat, for a day of swimming, snorkeling and diving with turtles and an array of tropical fish.
We'll serve a gourmet lunch onboard, and make sure you are filled up with home-baked snacks and fresh tea, coffee and baked treats between dives.
Your Photography
Critters such as the Ambon Scorpionfish and Mototi Octopus previously thought to have only been in Lembeh, are regularly being spotted.
You'll find world-class facilities dedicated to photographers and an in-house PADI Course Director to help look after your photography needs.
The resort provides 110 and 220 volt charging, a dedicated camera room with individual lockable storage for each photographer, a fully digital conference room with 60" screen to review your images, and you'll even find charging stations on the large dive boat.
Your Meals
This special package includes a generous breakfast from the à la carte menu at the resort's Dahon Resaurant,
plus a 2 course lunch and 3 course dinner (or vice versa), from the restaurant menu - there is a surcharge for imported steak & seafood platter. 1 non-alcoholic drink is included for each meal. Specialty tea and coffee is also included, along with a cake or baked treat for afternoon tea every day.
Special dietary requirements are easily managed - the resort is experienced in preparing gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan meals.
